Refunds and Returns

Fashion Clothing and In-Store Purchases:

  • Refunds: Items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for a cash refund or within 30 days for store credit.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and free from any marks, smells, or pet fur.
  • Exclusions: No returns or refunds on clearance items or items marked "No Refunds."
  • Proof of Purchase: Invoices must be presented as proof of purchase price and date.
  • Identification: To prevent fraud, identification may be requested.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
  • Behavior: Unruly, rude, sarcastic, or aggressive behavior will void change of mind refunds.
  • Notification: Please notify us prior to returning any items over $250.

Special Orders and Customer-Requested Items:

  • Refunds: Special orders or items specifically requested by customers are non-refundable unless they are from one of our preferred suppliers (KingGee, Hard Yakka, FashionBiz, NNT, Aussie Pacific).
  • Conditions: Items from preferred suppliers must be returned within 1 week of it arriving in our store, in saleable condition, with all tags attached, and free from any marks, smells, or pet fur.
  • Supplier Approval: Returned special orders need to be accepted by the supplier before a refund can be processed.  You may need to wait for the refund to be approved.
  • Fees: Returns fees and administrative fees may apply.
  • Notification: Please notify us prior to returning any items over $250.

Customized Items:

  • Non-Returnable: Customized items with printing, embroidery, etc., cannot be returned unless faulty or an error was made.
  • Approval: Any customized item approved by the customer sight unseen cannot be returned. It is your duty to ensure approval is made in person, as items and colors may appear different from one device to another.
  • Artwork: Unless you tell us otherwise, the artwork you supply for your customization is considered print-ready with correct colors and sizes. Printed products use CMYK or Pantone colors.
