Embroidery Services

Embroidery Services

Embroidery is an add‑on service for uniforms purchased through our stores.
We do not offer general embroidery services for customer‑supplied garments.

If you have your own garments you would like embroidered, please read the guide below before submitting an enquiry.

About Our Embroidery Service

All embroidery is completed at our Murray Bridge workshop, where we handle the setup, digitising and production.
Embroidery is provided at or near cost price to support our uniform sales, which is why garment suitability is essential for achieving a good result.

Customer‑Supplied Garments (Important Information)

We understand some customers may wish to bring their own garments for embroidery.
While we can sometimes assist, this service is limited, assessed case‑by‑case, and not guaranteed.
It is best to contact the Murray Bridge store directly at shop@grandisons.com.au for assessment and advice.

We generally decline:

  • delicate, thin, stretchy or unstable fabrics
  • high‑value, designer, or sentimental items
  • garments with difficult or high‑risk embroidery locations
  • garments where construction or suitability is unknown
  • any garment with a high chance of damage

These garments require extra handling, carry higher risk, and cannot be replaced if damage occurs during embroidery.

If Your Garments Are for a Business, School, Club or Organisation

We would love the opportunity to become your uniform supplier.

If your garments are for a business, school, sporting club, community group or organisation, please include more details when contacting us.

In these situations, we will strongly consider embroidering your existing garments as a starting point, with the intention of supplying and embroidering all future garments for your group.

This helps maintain consistent branding, ensures garment quality, streamlines re‑orders, and allows us to provide better turnaround and service.

If We Do Accept Customer‑Supplied Items

  • embroidery is carried out entirely at the customer’s risk
  • we cannot reimburse or replace damaged garments
  • minimum charges apply
  • suitability checks may take extra time
  • acceptance depends on job complexity, workload and future business potential

Simple, stable garments with clear artwork have a higher chance of being approved.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times depend on stock availability, supplier reliability and where garments are dropped off.

In‑stock garments:

Special orders from preferred suppliers:

Inter‑Store Transfers

All embroidery is completed in Murray Bridge.
We travel between stores once or twice per week, which can add 2–5 business days depending on timing.

Turnaround may be affected by:

  • when garments arrive
  • transfer schedules
  • assessment requirements
  • production workload

For the fastest turnaround, please use the Murray Bridge store directly.

Faster Turnaround Options

Turnaround times can be reduced by dropping off and picking up garments directly from our Murray Bridge store.

If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know when you enquire.
