Special Order - contact store - see Order Page guide - Item is a uniform item or an out of stock item that are available to reorder.  There is no change of mind or refunds on these special orders as there are costs involved to get them in and return them.  We do not simply put them back in to floor stock.  Please discuss with our team if you have uniform requirements and need try out options.

Stock Service Order Risk Free - contact store - see Order Page guide - Item can be ordered anytime to view and 'try before your buy'. Let us know your size and colour and we will get in a sample.  This applies to most KingGee, Hardyakka, Mustang, Mustang Signature, Ruggers & NNT products only.  You must let us know of intention to try before you buy.  Serious shoppers only please.

Uniform items can be ordered in usually with in 5 to 7 working days when using one of our preferred suppliers.  There is no refunds on special orders or change of mind.  Please advise if you need to try for size before purchasing.

-seasonal fashion item we do not stock.

-bulk order of an item we stock in small quantities.

 

These items are nonrefundable unless faulty or ordered incorrectly.

 

You have been advised & acknowledge

  • These items are non refundable* 
  • The item you have ordered is fit for purpose ie size/colour/quantity etc,  this is your responsibility
  • We do not place special orders/bulk orders for viewing or try out.  The order is final.
  • A non refundable deposit starting at $25inc GST is payable to cover return fees in the event of non collection or return*

 

 

*Preferred uniform supplier refund exception.

  • Return must be made within 2 weeks of their invoice (the day we notify you)
  • The item/s
    • Are in original saleable condition.
    • Have all tags and packaging.
    • no marks or odours etc.
